Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original Stan Ray tags are attached.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
